We first met John Reuter with Integrity Homes a couple of years before we actually bought our home in Sun Prairie. Even though it took us some time to find the perfect home, John always stayed in touch. He never pressured us and was always available to answer any questions we had along the way.
When we finally had an offer accepted on the home we loved, the appraisal required a few repairs before the loan could move forward. John didn’t hesitate—he actually went to the home himself and completed the repairs to make sure everything would meet the loan requirements and keep the process moving.
That level of dedication meant a lot to us and showed how much he truly cares about his clients. If you’re looking for a Realtor who goes above and beyond, we would absolutely recommend John Reuter and Integrity Homes when buying a home in Sun Prairie.
